Since

I

became

an

adult,

my

life

has

been

shaped

and

enriched

by

children.

As

a

mother

of

two

daughters,

as

a

teacher

of

English

and

French,

as

a

grandmother

of

four

grandsons

and

as

a

volunteer

in

the

`Wellcome`

association in Lübeck.

The

the

the

kindergarten

and

to

small

gave

me

enough

courage to apply.

I

was

very

interested

in

learning

more

about

the

Montessori approach.

As

a

retiree,

I

have

the

privilege

of

having

a

lot

of

time

on

my

hands.

My

work

in

the

kindergarten

gives

me

a

new chance to fill this time with content and to get to know a country and its people more intensively.

The

great

commitment

of

all

those

involved

on

site,

the

warm-heartedness

and

the

trust

that

were

shown

to

me

from

day

one

have

made

a

deep

impression

on

me.

Maybe

I

can

make

a

small

contribution

to

the

welfare

of

the

children.
